To Each The words which I write are a prose born of love, Conceived in a faith for the realms near above. With a pen as my voice, if allowed I could speak, I would reach out my hand to each soul strong or weak. Should our voices unite through the words herein found, May each voice times ten thousand in God’s glory resound.

About the Book
Thoughts of a Realm is a celebration of faith, life and perseverance. It’s a unique observation of this world and what surrounds us, with a few warnings which I’ll leave for you to interpret for yourselves. I’ve always thought that poetry should flow to the reader like a song. In modern day circles this old style of writing in rhyme might be frowned upon as not real poetry. I sincerely hope that you, the reader, find something in these words that touch you in a way that you can relate to and find a “thought” to carry with you as you live each day of your life.
About the Author
Born in Indiana in early 1960, I was blessed with a Mother who took the time to read poetry to me every day before I was old enough to attend school. The love of rhyme has stayed with me through these many years. In my High school days, I worked for a local funeral home and learned as a young man just how delicate this life is and how quickly it can be taken away. I believe it’s through those early experiences that I’m able to write words to celebrate life in all its many facets. There are things that make us laugh and things that make us cry. I’ve been told many times that I have a gift and that it needs to be shared. Many people have come to me and asked that I write the words that are in their hearts. Words they wish they could say, but aren’t quite sure how. Touching to me was when I wrote a tribute to the life of a brave 23 year old young man who fought illness all his life never once complaining. At his Father’s request, one of the verses was engraved on his headstone. The ability for me to offer my words, is “The gift.”
