My life was far from perfect, I didn’t have the life a normal person had. I know a lot of people go through divorce and some things happen that might make life complicated for them but my story is a little different. My mother and father split up before I could remember. I only saw my father once but he was in a casket. I have one memory of talking to him but all he said to me was let me talk to your mom. According to everyone I ever asked about him they always told me he was an evil man and he was a drug addict. When he died I didn’t cry I guess when you don’t know a person even if he was related to you, you just can’t cry for a stranger. I have a few memories of when I was younger but none that made any sense; needless to say they weren't the best memories.

This book was written to inspire those who are close to giving up to show that no matter what you go through everything happens for a reason. Everyone goes through different struggles but that is only the beginning. There were times when I was close to giving up and times where I had lost it all. But I started to realize all my struggles and all that I have been through I couldn’t just give up. “I came too far for a empty jar or a broken down car.” I hope this story will inspire you as it has me by living it.
About the Author
Zoey Langford grew up in the East Texas Area. She has always dreamed of being a writer. She has been writing for over ten years. She started out writing poetry, expressing herself in a creative way. The older she got she then decided she wanted to write so people could relate to what she has been through. So maybe someone will take her story or poetry and apply it to their own life. This Author was inspired to write her story based on her own life and the trials she was forced to go through.
