About the Author

Joan Scarborough grew up in coastal Georgia and still enjoys her sanctuary on the marsh surrounded by wildlife and rescues. She retired from nursing after 38 years of caring for high risk infants and children and then graduated from Culinary School. She has found a way to combine her love of children, animals and cooking all in one book.
