About the Author

Anatoly Rozenblat received a fundamental Technical education in Mechanical/Marine and manufacturing Engineering. The studies provided the basis of his successful scientific and research activity, particularly in Engineering and Innovations. As an Independent Inventor and Scientist Anatoly Rozenblat has always taken an interest in applied sciences, such as thermodynamics processes of LNG and thermal physics of cutting processes. He invited on 26,27,28 and 29 Israel Conferences on Mechanical Engineering in 1996,1998,2000 qnd 2003 where presented 8 works. He participated in many professional societies (ASME, SNAME,etc.) and also in U.S Federal SBIR Program And besides he possesses 22 books and 30 innovations. His biography included in Marquis “Who’s who in America” and IBC(Oxford, England). In 1993 of his high-grade technology and innovations were described by NCIO/IFIA in the newsletter America’s Inventor in an article entitled “Inventor from Russia brings the new technologies to US”.
