Honey, You're Not Going to Believe This!

It was my wife's voice that brought me back to the present. "Honey, what in the world are you doing out here? First, you're planting strawberries, next you're prying at something in the ground, and then you're on your stomach staring at the grass! That's not the worst of it. You get up and dive onto the newly planted strawberry plants, crushing them. Are you insane? I hope none of the neighbors saw any of this," she said glancing at the neighbors' house. She just put her right foot forward, crossed her arms, lowered her chin, and looked at me over the top of her glasses. She said, "I think Farmer Boy here has had a bit too much sun. Time for a break." Then I showed her the shovel.
