I have been an inspiring Author, Motivational Speaker and Freelance Writer for over 3 decades, due to life altering challenges, divorce and family move from California to Georgia I had loss interest and inspiration to complete my writing journey until now, due to the recent events in my cousin’s life and his amazing courage and positive spirit to inspire me and gave me the will to write again. I am not a Licensed Therapist, this is my real life experience dealing with his Cancer from my point of view…….. My name is Lauren; I am 48 years young, divorced mother of 2 daughters’ and have a strong faith in God. About the Author
Lauren A. Lee a California Native has been a creative writer for 3 decades, an entrepreneur creating her first business in 2008, “How to Nail a Job Interview.” As a Training and Education Coordinator, she has helped individuals successfully gain employment by giving them the tools to succeed, with proper attire, body language, and how to answer interview questions. Knowledge and background experience she acquired previously working in Human Resources Management. Lauren has written several short stories and work as a Medical Professional where she learned compassion to help others in the form of “Giving.” Writing this “Self Help Journal” is her greatest masterpiece and brought much joy than she could have ever imagined, always wanting to be a part of something bigger than her-self.
