The King had announced that soon Princess Renna and Prince John would be married. Cat was GREEN! All over! Totally! “I have got to be her prince!” exclaimed Cat. He decided to ask the princess how to become a prince, so he too could impress her. Cat finally got some time to hike with Princess Renna. She stopped to sit on a rock. Cat jumped right in her lap. “Ah! The perfect time to talk with the princess,” he thought. “Princess Renna, I would like to be your prince,” stated Cat. “OH NO, CAT! YOU CAN’T DO THAT!” chuckled the princess. “Why not?” asked Cat. “Princes do not get fleas, Cat!” she replied, stroking his chin. “Please, please, princess! I’ll do anything. I can do it! I can do it!” begged Cat. “I’ll take lessons. You can teach me!” Princess Renna devised a plan. “OK, Cat. It’s getting dark. Meet me in the dining room for dinner. We’ll have our first lesson there.”

About the Book
Cat and Princess Renna grew up together. Gradually Princess Renna slips away. She is soon to marry Prince John. What is a cat to do? Become a prince, of course! Well. . . . . Princess Renna devises and implements a few clever, funny lessons to show Cat that being a tomcat is just fine.
About the Author
Kelly Ann Guglietti lives with her husband, Philip in San Antonio, Florida. She works as a teacher on mini-contract and as a substitute teacher for the School District of Pasco County. Mrs. Guglietti is certified to teach Grades K-6 and received her M.A. in Elementary Education from the University of South Florida - Tampa in 2004.
