Psychic Mind

Prelude Walking through the darkness, I find myself alone. In the woods with the stars above me, I hear an ominous noise. I'm surrounded by nothing, but trees and a few nocturnal creatures roaming around in the dark. There was no one to talk to. All of a sudden a change of scenery is switched from my vision. The sun comes up and shines through my window. I get out of bed and then put on a long black dress. I go downstairs into the kitchen. As I walk in my mom hands me my herbal tea. It's the same scene as always when the school year comes around. I go outside and walk to the bus stop with my friends. The bus is loud with the chatter of people all around me. There was nothing different from what I know. We arrive at school around seven. Everybody was outside in the front of the school talking to their friends. The day was like any other day. Nothing much going on. The teachers were as boring as ever with their long lectures on nothing of importance. I sit in the back of the room writing what the teacher puts on the board when a knock comes to the door. Stopping the lecture she goes to open the door. After a few minutes of talking to whomever it was the teacher walks back in with a boy walking in after her. It turns out we have a new student joining us. It was kind of weird since it was the middle of the school year. As I look up I see this handsome guy at the front of the class. He had black unkempt hair and deep blue eyes. He wore a black t-shirt, faded out blue jeans, and Nikes. His eyes roamed over the class room when his eyes landed on mine. I quickly turned away as a blush slowly came to my face. As the day went on it felt like someone was staring at me the whole day. I tried to look for the source of the eyes and came across those familiar deep blues. It felt strange having him watch me. It turned out that this new kid was in all of my classes. The staring persisted on and on even when I had caught him doing it. It was a relief when the last bell rang signaling the end of the school day. I decided to walk home instead of taking the bus. The constant talking and yelling wasn't what I wanted. The walk was nice and refreshing than the crowded bus with everyone yelling. As I kept walking I felt those same eyes on the back of my neck. Looking behind me I see that same boy from school. Panic surged through me as I quickened my pace. Up ahead I could see the park. I hoped that going through the park would make me lose him. Finally reaching the park I walked pass the fountain and took one of the paths that led further in. It looked like I had finally lost the guy. I slowed my pace and looked around me. A squirrel ran up a tree and birds were flying around. When I looked ahead of me I saw that same guy. It was starting to get really creepy that this guy was following me. I had no idea what he wanted. He looked hard at me. His eyes narrowed like he was trying to figure something out. I started to panic. I could feel myself starting to hyperventilate not knowing what to do. Then all of a sudden the scenery started to change. Everything was black with a spotlight directly over me. I couldn't make sense of what was going on. Then as a shock I was knocked back and the next thing I know I'm in my bed. I was breathing hard and there was sweat all over my body. I finally realized that it was all a dream. But everything seemed so real like it was all happening, like a premonition that was about to happen. Looking over at the clock it read 3 o'clock in the morning. I still had time before I had to wake up for school.
