About the Author
Erin James lives in Colorado. She received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Bachelors of Arts in Political Science from Pepperdine University, her Masters of Arts in Business Communications from Jones International University, and is taking a break from her doctoral program in Business Administration. She is an avid traveler; visited 30+ states and a dozen countries. She is a highly motivated, personable, and disciplined young woman. She’s determined to live a healthy and active lifestyle. Diets don’t work but lifestyle changes do! This book was inspired by her blog, EatPrayLose Girl, that has been going for two years and gets thousands of viewers a month.
