About the Book

After James Follett, a detective working in Scotland Yard, is called out to Guildford to investigate a hotel shooting, he feels uneasy. When London Bridge collapses the same day, he turns to the survivor of the hotel shooting for answers, but the young girl's attacker is determined to keep her silent.

About the Author

Lauren has enjoyed writing books from a young age and hopes to publish many books in her lifetime. She wrote her first book to complete two challenges: first, to start publishing a book before she turned sixteen; second, to write a short story in twenty-four hours. She lives just outside London, England.
