About the Author
Being a father of three children I have read my share of children's books over the years. I have enjoyed many great afternoons snuggled on the couch and wrapped up in a blanket at bedtime reading a variety of books. So many memories come from the time spent reading those funny and adventurous stories together. I first started writing children’s music that we have performed as a family at our Church. We soon realized the joy of expressing ourselves threw words and song. Someone once said that I should record our memories and so I gave it a try. I decided that I should share our adventures and wild imagination with the world as all those great authors had done. Many of the subjects I write about are crazy little things I remember from my childhood growing up in a small town in Eastman, GA. It is great to see my children creating their own memories here in the Atlanta area as well. I love to write about those special and wonderful moments that we have spent with our children growing up on both the East and West coasts. The very first book I wrote was to cheer up my youngest daughter after her pet frog hopped away. I gave her the story as a good memory she could carry with her forever. Then the rest just fell into place, I never go anywhere without my journal, because I do not want to miss one chance to record a memory with my family. You will be surprised at the adventures you can have within the comforts or your family and the vast imaginations you all create together.
