About the Book

The purpose of this book is to glorify and honor God. It is about a life that has been filled with pain, sorrow, struggles, and tragic loss of several family members. In the midst of these there also have been miracles from God. This book describes a life of endurance and dependence on God’s strength during times of weakness. It is also about a life spent not only trusting in God but proving His love for us, His promises, and faithfulness in times of despair. There is a display of unconditional love, both from a spouse and from God. May each person who reads this book find God’s blessing in their own life. If there is anyone who has lost hope, feels despair and/or looking for help, maybe this book can be a help in finding hope, peace, and rest in the only place possible, our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

About the Author

Linda is a college graduate. She is a member of Henson Gap Baptist Church where she serves as a Sunday school teacher and Secretary/Treasurer. She is a widow after 40 years of marriage and mother of three. She lives on Lewis Chapel mountain, Dunlap, Tennessee. Linda enjoys reading, sewing, crocheting, riding her horse, and working in her flowers. She has learned to appreciate life and the simple things like laughter, sunrise, and sunsets. She does not take them or family for granted and is grateful to God for all His blessings.
