About the Book

The enjoyment of working in a variety of Hotels has given me the pleasure of changing in different areas. To meet with a range of Comedians, Actors, Musicans again makes life worth it. The Staff in all the Hotels that I have been involved with, again made life easy as they always worked together, but also talking to the Customers & Guests made it successful for both parties. Even working out in the Island of Nevis was again a great example of meeting with other people.

About the Author

I enjoyed all types of sports at a boys Grammer School, but I also did some cooking for pleasure. Then went onto Birmingham College of Food (in those days) different now. But it was very interesting at College as we moved along. The first hotel I worked at in the summer time. This trained you very quickly in approaching customers, to make sure they had been served correctly. The increasing experience, as time when't on gave me the ability to talk with a wide range of Guests or Customers in all the Hotels I have been involved with. The names involved in the hotels are not necessarily the true names, but some are.
