My Mom knows I don't like to eat the vegetables on my plate. She knows the big, long list of all the vegetables I hate! I've told her! Never, ever cook asparagus or green beans! And Brussels sprouts are definitely the ickiest vegetable I've seen! My Mom mixed cauliflower and celery in a bowl for me, but even the Ranch dressing couldn't dress it up for me. And once, my Mom and Dad insisted that I try some sauerkraut. It wasn't even a second or two before I spit it out!

About the Author
Suzanne K. Anderson grew up in upstate New York. She received a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from SUNY Oswego (1976) and M.Ed degrees from the University of Alaska (1994) and Capella University (2011). Ms. Anderson has worked as an educator, writer and editor. She enjoys travel, music, arts & crafts, and has always wanted to write for children. This is her second children's book. Ms. Anderson currently resides in Port Republic, Maryland.
