A WARM SUMMER RAIN Basking in the sweltering heat Of a torrid mid-June day Trying to escape the summer's rays Grasping onto each blowing breath Of breeze across the water Dancing with what shade that is cast Without warning the clouds burst Forth a warm summer rain Drenching, cooling all from within As the falling raindrops explode A celebration in firecrackers Across and upon the surface of the lake Rising together with arms upward Engulfing each drop's essence Down to quench our soothing souls Becoming one we embrace our love Deeply kissing in soft drops Swaying with the warm summer rain With the existence of nothing else As our subtle lips touch Caressing deeply to our minds' soul Twirling in each other's passions Feeding off and into our Kissing dance in a warm summer rain THIS MOUNTAIN'S MEADOW As our dreams of summer rain falls We're dancing in mountain meadows Our lips perched upon each other's Caring for nothing but our passions Our subtle kisses turn to deep trust Devouring each other's soft touches As I lower you into the wild flowers Caressing each curve and every nerve Rolling and frolicking in true love's Giving; receiving as our passions burst A dream of dream's true love is cast Reaching desires from just fantasies Cascading crescendos of multiple desires Giving to each other and of wholly Insatiably driven with no expectations Granting truths that were just dreams As we levitate and our bodies soar Our feet don't even touch the flora The moonlight chases the summer's heat This mountain's meadow is our sheets

About the Author
I was born Dec. 5th 1961 in Bremerton Wa. I have lived in Los Angeles, Boston, Miami, and Germany for short periods of time, but always return to Seattle. I’ve raised 3 boys as a single father. Currently I live in the Tacoma area with my wonderful wife Linda. Duane and his wife Linda have spent the last four years teaching and studying marriage in their church Life Center, of Tacoma Washington. They have been trained through the member care lead pastor Gary Benton to coach couples on how to have a Christ Centered marriage. They have learned the tools and how to put them into daily practice forming a three strand marriage with Jesus Christ at the center. Through these tools they have built their love into deeper passion and intimacy that keeps them falling in love over and over. Their studies and teachings have included books such as, Love and Respect, The Five Love Languages, Boundaries in Marriage, Sacred Romance, The Marriage You Always Wanted. Their most recent teaching is the book What the Bible says About, Love, Marriage, and Sex by David Jeremiah. A walk through the book, Song of Songs, verse by verse, delving into the intimacy and romance that should be the foundation of all marriages.
