About the Book

This book is about a person with schizophrenia. There are poems and stories about schizophrenia. There are explanations about how she learned from family, professionals and the bible. Hopefully if you have schizophrenia you will learn something to help you or if your a friend or professional you'll learn something about a friend or relative with schizophrenia. There is no easy fix for schizophrenia and people with it need a lot of support for sometimes years. Hopefully this book will help cut those year for you or you loved one or friend. Katie

About the Author

I am a person with Schizophrenia. I've written this book to let people know what helped me to get to a place where I am able to manage my schizophrenia and where it doesn't manage me. I live in the Michigan. And have been working for 8 years now. I was unable to work for 10 years. Five of which I tried and had 20 jobs. Five of which I was on disability. I am a Christian and so some of what I have written is based on what I learned from reading the bible. God bless, Katie
