About the Author

Adesiji Rabiu has over eighteen years of combined experience in IT, project management, and management consulting in both private and public sectors. During the course of his developing career, he has held positions such as high school teacher, network engineer, senior product support analyst, researcher, regulatory analyst, strategic planner, senior management consultant, management consulting specialist, and project management specialist at companies including ICL–Fujitsu, Resourcery Limited, Siemens Enterprise Communications, Natural Resources Canada, Alberta Utilities Commission, and Enbridge Pipelines Inc. Adesiji’s training and professional development have taken him to the United Kingdom, South Africa, the United States, Germany, France, Belgium, and the Netherlands. Adesiji enjoys problem solving, debating, and pursuing lifelong learning opportunities. His specialties and interests include the following: • Management consulting • Strategic project and portfolio management • Change and decision leadership • Coaching and mentoring • IT strategic planning Adesiji is currently on the board of directors for the Institute of Certified Management Consultants of Alberta, and he has served on the board of directors for the Project Management Institute—Northern Alberta Chapter.
