After 16 year old Mackenzie gets a note from the mysterious Mrs. Crane and cant find any record of her ever being born, she starts to question her whole past, and the people that love her the most. What she doesnt realize is that in the quest of finding out where she came from and who she really is, danger lurks around every corner. As she starts uncovering the truth she stumbles into a world of danger, death and lies. It is up to her to figure out her past and save her future. My name is Monica Jenkins. I am a 16 year old from small town Morganfield, Kentucky. I'm the oldest of six children. My family and teachers have inspired to do what I love, and without their support I wouldnt have been able to write this book.
