About the Book
A very fun and entertaining book for children that will make them laugh and use their imagination. You will enjoy reading this just as much as your child will enjoy listening to the story about a little red Dachshund named Lucy.
About the Author
A.C. Jefferson, is a native of Jackson, Michigan, but now calls the Lone Star State home. He and his wife, Maria, reside in the small Southeast Texas town of Port Neches. As a child he was surrounded by many pets. Their constant antics were a source of endless amusement. As a young boy he worked in the summers at a Michigan High School, teaching kids the proper care of a variety of animals. A miniature Dachshund was purchased for the author's fiancé, Maria. It was love at first sight. Maria said her name should be Lucy because of the color of her coat. What child does not run up to a Dachshund, and say "hey look, it's a wiener dog!" with a smile on their face?
