L.O.V.E
...This time love is here to stay, but it will, for it is welcome, reciprocated, and respected enough to know it will never be outdated.
Today, and always, seeing the sunshine radiate through your smile, affirming what happiness is and can be, not bathing, but being drenched in such an experience as we wish time had no wings after realizing being caught up in those moments…
When I prayed…
So I prayed, truly prayed, today. I claimed that all of my family, friends and loved ones be blessed and prosper every step of the way.
I prayed for strength and every good thing upon which I could think and felt assured my vessel of faith (my prayer), would sail into the heavens and in no way sink.
Remember This…
Life can be full of happiness, sadness, occasional or lingering hurts, accompanied by frustrations that may inspire a curse, or curses- this is some of what this wonderful life is.
So no matter how much it stinks, always try to stay mindful that you still have your senses- so really stop to smell some roses, other flowers, be grateful you still have sight to look at or observe that which is beautiful, extraordinary or just nice- we have just one life to live, unless we’re born again and remember this:
“a chance” never comes around twice.
Let us all take the one chance we have, do our best, and make the best of it because
that may be all we actually get.
Healing/The Process of Healing and Deliverance
Healing means, not necessarily overcoming fast, but getting past wanting evil or harm to come of others or proudly saying with glorious expression kiss my as… the world turns, life goes on or grows cold leading us to a wrongful existence akin to not cleaning or tidying up a room to which the door was just closed.
Doors are also meant to be opened, if not by you, then by someone else, you know. Unless we turn this door into a wall containing what’s hidden, what we think from others, by maintaining this control of choosing never to reveal, though repressed, may damage the soul.

About the Book
This book has been created to delight, encourage, strengthen, entertain, but above all inspire some type of positive change. It is my desire to invoke a need to share something good within this construct, create the basis for looking inward and perhaps adjusting self or spark in you the need to share something romantic or uplifting with someone else. About the Author
LONNIE MICKENS was born and raised in Paterson, New Jersey. After graduating from Eastside High under Dr. Joe Clark he and went on to William Paterson University, where his spirit for writing was further nurtured, graduating with a bachelor’s degree in English. Upon opting not to pursue law Mr. Mickens decided to follow the family’s predominant professional field of choice, education, and later went on to achieve his Certification and Master’s degree in Special Education from New Jersey City University. He’s received several teacher recognition awards and has been proudly teaching in the Paterson Public Schools for 17 years where he is presently a high school teacher.
