About the Book

Zoe and the Backyard Boys are a team of a cat and two dogs who have wonderful imaginations that keep them on the go! Most of their adventures take them into the magic garden, right in their own yard. Their friend, Mrs, Mouse, is the care taker of the garden along with many of the other animals and insects in thier stories. In Halloween haunted house adventure the three invite their two chipmunk friends, suzy and randy, to join them. While walking the trail of the garden the magic begins! Jack-o-lanterns and hay stalks line the trail creating halloween fun for the group. You will find yourself laughing along with these happy characters. You'll peak around each corner and won't be able to wait to see if they find a haunted house! With so many friendly characters, fun songs and surprises you will be sure to look for the next adventure to see what Zoe, Zeb and Cooper are up to!

About the Author

Since winning the school library book writing contest, in the 6th grade, I have always had a passion with books. Any kind of book, magazine, newspaper or any form of stories or just information. While raising two wonderful daughters I enjoyed our time together reading children's stories with them. The adventures and characters always had us wanting to read more. I began creating my own stories and characters each night. So, many years later, I have decided to step back into this wonderful world of adventures, characters, mysteries and all that come with the fantasy of childrens stories and share them with the rest of the world. Living in New England is wonderful. The four seasons are defined for each one of thier beauties and leaves nothing out. My favorite season is Fall. Mother Nature really puts on a wonderful show with her colors, the smells and endless outdoor activities. I love sharing a great story. Whether I am telling it or get to listen another persons. My daughters have given me the gift of being able to stay in touch with my "story telling, adventure" kind of man. They have inspired me to take these steps to share my stories, and keep me laughing with the warmhearted memories of their younger days and sharing stories.
