About the Book

An Archangel agrees to an oath, for life. But love has a way of blinding you either from the truth, or from it all. Enyo has a request to make to the Archangel of Death, Azrael. Unable to spot why either of them are attracted, they embark on a journey to clear Enyo’s name, and put her father to justice. In the mist of collaborating with Zerachiel, Zeus forgets one small detail. He knows more than anyone else does, so will he be the first to die? Once Zerachiel is discovered, Azrael is faced with many decisions. One would think a fallen angel proves purposeless to heaven. It’s possible to be cast out for a reason. But would it be Enyo?

About the Author

As a child, I dreamed of a different place like anyone else. And my only escape were books. I wasn't your typical nine year old child. I hated the Babysitter's Club, and Goose Bumps didn't deliver...my skin stayed rather smooth. Mythology caught and kept my attention for sixteen years. At first I began to write poetry. That quickly turned into short stories. I attempted to write a Romance Novel. Angel goes after goddess. Goddess deems far too worthy, Angel falls helplessly. But there's only so much Romance you or I can take. Then I thought....have Angels attempted to rule and blow up Olympus? Of course not. And from that, my fingers and keyboard commenced...Anguished Immortals It's epic, but typically, I'm modest. So my Trilogy would be my alter ego. Being a single mother of two will make you question what life brings to the table. Writing a book helps even that out. They play with their toys, I type for hours nonstop....it paved out well. Being born and raised in Denver, CO, I sometimes wonder if there's something in the air. Then I remember there isn't much air to breathe, so perhaps that's everyone's issue... Or maybe I've created my own level. Which everyone does, unknowingly. But to perfect said level, you have to fall, stumble, trip, crash, burn, hurt...recover and try again. If you don't push yourself...well, no one else will. And if you're comfortable where you are, nothing will change. -JCS
