Every day you show up for work, you will set the tone for the day. If you start off negative, your peers, the inmates and your supervisors will pick up on it and you will likely not have a good day. On the other hand, if you start off the day on a positive note, everyone will pick up on that too. Corrections is filled with negative people. Some were negative before they got the job and just continued their life's tradition. Others have allowed the job to make them negative. Don't be either.
