Mrs. Ballard-Arline is married and is a proud mother of two. Mrs. Ballard-Arline is also known as “Mama Arline” to students attending Central Medical Magnet High School. Mrs. Ballard-Arline is a native of Beaumont, Texas. As a Motivational Speaker, Mrs. Ballard-Arline takes pleasure in encouraging others in striving to discover and reach their highest potential. Through her high impact keynotes and workshops, Mrs. Ballard-Arline also enjoys empowering people to dream by transforming limited thinking and creating a simple plan for their lives. Achieving the “reachable” goals of self acceptance and self determination were very important in finding her place on the journey to contentment.
