About the Author

ABOUT THE AUTHOR Amadi Arua is an executive trainer and a professional speaker. From this book he has proved himself as an anger and stress management specialist. He is a University of Jos trained special educator and had become a published author since 1998. He is a practicing journalist and an international expert in research content development and refurbishing. He has over twenty years of experience developing evidence based information and orientation books for teaching, learning and knowledge sharing for development project in several countries in the world. Major areas of focus are on social and health development, cultures, governance and democracy, social marketing of health product, tools for information and knowledge sharing and services to poor and marginalized population. He is equally a graduate of mass communication. His goal in life is to add value to quality of people all around the world especially in developing countries working with social and human development organisations and agencies.
