About the Author

Martine spent her working career in the human services field. Upon retirement she decided to honor her long standing dream of writing children’s books. Martine lives in Kingston New York with her cat Wendy. She is an artist and, when not writing, spends her time painting. Martine takes advantage of any chance she gets to spend time with young children. She feels it improves her writing and that she has much to learn from them. They are also fun.
