"SPORTS" is a book about a puppy that got left on the door step of a family home. The children wanted to keep the puppy. Dad said, "We must try to find the owner." They put signs up all over town, but, no one called to own the puppy. On the fifth day there was a knock on the door. It was an elderly lady who owned the dog. She said her son gave her the dog, and, she couldn't take care of him. She asked if they would keep him. They said they would. The children were happy. They named him Spots because he had brown spots all over him. They said thank you Jesus, and, they loved the puppy very much.

About the Book
A puppy was found on the doorstep of a family home. The children want to keep him. Dad says we will keep him safe here. If no one claims him you may keep him. They put up signs all over town with their phone number on them. No one calls after five days. An older lady came to the door and told them she left the puppy there. Her son gave the puppy to her, and, she said she couldn't take care of him. What happens next is the surprise for the readers.
About the Author
She is a retired 68 year old woman. She lives with her retired husband of 45 years. They reside in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. She has two children, and five grandchildren. She enjoys children. She did home Daycare for 13 years. She taught Sunday school and Bible school for many years. She has hobbies of sewing, knitting, baking, cooking and she likes to sing. She has sang in church for many years. She also loves flowers, and plants many of them in her yard every summer. She is a breast cancer survivor.
