About the Book

Lives of Thank you Jesus characters are intertwined in this humorous tale of happenings in the world of make-believe, both live and fictional characters travel together...live and love together. Mario Burko, the main fictional character is from the Back of the Yards neighborhood in Chicago, Illinois. John Herman, the main real live person lives in Tinley Park, Illinois. Dr. Robert and Dr. Kevin Dolehide are from the Beverly area in Chicago, and Dr. Sean Tierney and Dr. Ramon Manglano from Blue Island, Illinois they play an integral role in keeping the gang healthy in their travels abroad and especially in Acapulco, Mexico where the characters gather for vacations. Sissi, a lovable and mischievous monkey and her dog friends Bozo and Brute add humor to the story along with Skippy the ridiculous Camel who now lives in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan with Joseph and Susan Ahern who use Skipper as their main course of travel.

About the Author

Anne McNicholas wrote many chapters of "Thank you Jesus" while under a hypnotic state of mind due to a medication prescribed for a Hiatal Hernia, she was in a dream world for over a month. After spending 43 days in the Dementia and Alzheimer's ward of Alden's Nursing facility and complete withdrawal of the drug, Anne regained consciousness...however the drug took a toll on her body and she can no longer walk, she is happy and looking forward to her 89th birthday on September 25th. Anne lives in a lovely condo in Midlothian, Illinois where she is writing a Sequel to Thank you Jesus.
