About the Author
Robert A. Welcome has participated in aerospace systems designs and has authored numerous official documents associated with missile/space programs, for 30 years, under GE/U.S. Government contracts. In addition, he has studied in the fields of anatomy and physiology, classical physics, relativity, and the Bible. He has a science degree (BSEE) with honors, from the University of Massachusetts. He is an active member of the Lions International Organization, and he lives with his wife, Janice, in Lee, MA. He also wrote a book for high-school and college students for part-time, seasonal work.
