About the Book

The Rothenburgs were an old German Family.They had run a Wine Business and managed the vineyards in Bad Rothenburg since 1761. They saw the Old Manor House in Westhampton was for sale.It was an Eighteenth century building ,but now it was in need of restoration ,But it was just what the Rothenburgs wanted .The way to expand their Wine Business into Great Britain and a quiet life for Helmut, Hildegard and their son Gustav Gustav was going to divide public opinion in Westhampton because of his arrogant ways These are a collection of short stories about the Rothenburgs first year in Westhampton, and the events that Gustav became involved with especially finding the love of his life Robert and their Civil Partnership.

About the Author

I am a fifty five year old bachelor and I live in Blackpool. For the last 30 odd years I have been a civil servant and now private sector worker, and I wanted to let people know there was more to me than that I have been a Methodist lay preacher since 1976. but I hope the readers come to relate to the characters and see there town or village in them. I hope they love reading about them as much as I have enjoyed writing about them thanks Graham Pratt
