About the Author

Kathleen Hope lives on the north coast of Cornwall, UK, beside beautiful beaches. She has four grown-up children, and four grandchildren, and it is her time spent with the latter, that has been the inspiration for writing this book. Kathleen progressed from Commercial College, to an Open University Batchelor's Degree in Science. Realising how she enjoyed writing, she then took a Diploma in Teaching English, thereupon started to write her own rhyming tales and stories of mystery and imagination, primarily for children. She had immense enjoyment writing this book, some of which is concerning Cornish Folklore.
