“Randal the Flannel Camel” is a modern fable about a little camel who gets lost, then found, His mama takes him shopping for a ribbon to put around his neck. He refuses and decides exactly what he will wear. Randal shows off and then is brought down to earth when he is ridiculed for being different. Randal lives with his mama and grandfather on the edge of the Sahara desert in Egypt.
About the Author
Ann Goshia Diedrich, a great-grandmother of five, has written stories for her children and grandchildren. This is the second book for this generation. Ann lives with her dog, Barney, in Willowbrook, Illinois and is interested in art and genealogy.
