About the Author
Hilda Fallas, born in Costa Rica 1959, grew up at a Ranch helping mom cooking for a family of ten and 5 others that use to help Dad in the field to seed and sell the veggies like beans, corn, rice, avocados, fruit like oranges, bananas, mangos, and animals like chickens and pigs, also to sell eggs, milk and cheese. From 14 year of age to 18 helped at a small cafeteria that one of the sisters and parents won partnership, that city is now under water because a big Lake being made over it, during vacations loves to visit family but also enjoy quite after work, so not to social person, during free time loves to visit the zoo, ride horses, walk around the rivers, enjoy the fresh air, the smell of mountains, to sing, think, write and cook at home to stocked in the freezer for the rest of the week. When travel loves to cook for family including big events like weddings, or Birthdays.
