About the Author

Chris Wootton was born in 1956 in Melbourne, Australia. For as long as he can remember, Chris has had a fascination for science-fiction books and films and still enjoys rereading the books of John Wyndham, Isaac Asimov, and Arthur C. Clark. Chris is married and has four daughters, three grandsons, and one granddaughter, and his work in philanthropy. He has only just found time to begin writing science fiction rather than just reading someone else’s book! Chris has a BSc (hons) with majors in geography and pure mathematics and an MBA. He has worked in the university and water sectors and is currently working in philanthropy.
