In this book, Kuna, a loveable puppy, faces the trials and frustrations that come with learning to fish for the first time. Her Uncle D. acts as a guide and mentor to help the young puppy learn to fish. With his help, Kuna realizes that patience, practice, and love are all that is needed to make a day on the lake one to remember.
About the Author
Chrissy Hunger has been teaching English and literature since 2007. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Literature, a Master’s degree in Education and is in the process of completing her administration credential. Kuna Caught a Tuna is Hunger’s debut children’s book and was inspired by a real fishing trip. Hunger resides with her husband and loveable dog Kuna in San Jose, California.
