About the Author
Ina Barrett, PhD, educator and writer, has lectured and written on public administration and organizational and human resource management at the University of the West Indies for over 30 years. She is also author of Organizational Challenges: A Caribbean Perspective, a case book. Dr. Barrett has served as consultant in health and public service management to several Caribbean governments and regional and international organizations. In 2011, she was honoured with an award for distinguished services to the International Association of Schools and Institutes of Administration at their 50th anniversary conference, held in Rome, Italy.
