About the Author

Barbara Aquila graduated from University of Maryland with a BA in English Literature/Secondary Education. She taught American and British literature. She married Danny Cook ,and together they have six children . They live in Eldersburg ,Maryland where Barbara divides her time between her children, now grown, and the writing of her books.
