About the Author
Lindsay Currently lives in Sylvan Lake, Alberta with her husband and two children. Growing up in a rural community gave her the inspirational drive to begin writing a personal journal of life, through verse. The solitude and calm of country living enabled Lindsay to explore her inner poet from a very young age. Lindsay believes that writing is a beautiful way to tell a story while cleansing the soul. At the age of twenty, in a quest of find herself, Lindsay sold all of her possessions and moved across country. In abandoning the security of home, she brought a new sense of insight into not only her life but her writing as well. After a time of personal reflection she decided to return to her roots, where she married her high school sweetheart and started their family together. Lindsay dedicates her time to family and writing. She plans to continue moving forward with her poetry.
