About the Book
Kurt, a working-class guy from England, had the opportunity to realize a childhood dream of owning and running a nightclub abroad, and he grabbed it with both hands. This story follows his journey and gives readers an insight to the temptations, corruption, infidelity, and social drug use that he experiences along the way. People are sold a vision about living and working abroad, but the reality is more often than not generally somewhat different.
About the Author
Many average working class people have dreams and ambitions. What makes me different from the rest is the fact that I am prepared to act on my desires and take the chances in my life as they come along. You see the thing is… I believe that in order for you to get what you want out of life, you sometimes have to step off of the path that you are on. Thus giving you the opportunity to open new doors and ultimately change your fate. The problem with acting on instincts, is that you can sometimes get more than you bargain for and before you realize it, you’re in too deep to do anything about it, without suffering the consequences of your actions. When I was a child, I used to love singing and performing. At a very young age I won a singing contesta at a Butlins holiday camp and from that moment on I was hooked on performing or being involved in music in one way or another. I played in several bands and worked the clubs as a D.J., by day I worked as a painter and decorator, and by night I would surround myself with music. After a chance meeting with a soon to be new love in my life I ended up in Spain running a club. It was a natural progression for me to make. This book is my story leaving me with memories that you just can’t buy!
