About the Author

Charles Water is an international certified master martial arts instructor with over 30 years of teaching experience focusing on character development for children of all ages. He has run Charles Water Karate & Fitness, Inc., located in Williston Park, Long Island, New York since 1986. He has created and implemented an online meditation school called easymeditation4u.He and his beautiful wife Cheryl live in Port Washington, New York, one block away from the water.
