About the Book

It’s a wonderful time of the year, being the Christmas season and all. Children are so excited with all the preparations of Christmas going on all around them. They love hearing stories about Santa Claus, elves, the North Pole and so many things just like this. This is the story of a little elf named Stanley, and his secret wish to do something that no other elf has ever done before. Stanley has a special friend, Emily, who helps encourage him, because he is one of the littlest elves. Emily understands Stanley and the way he feels, because Emily is little just like he is. Will Stanley get his wish? If he does, will it lead to trouble?

About the Author

H. David Campbell is a retired sales executive. After he retired, he found an interest in working with children as a volunteer in the public schools, both in Utah and Colorado. He has tutored kids for the last ten years, in the first and second grades, with their reading and spelling. He is a grandfather and a great grandfather, and loves being with the children. In the last two years, he has found an interest in writing children’s books. He has written four books up to this point. This book is his second published work. The children, whom he is with almost daily, certainly have inspired his books.
