It has three children from his first marriage Carol Jessica and Juan also four of his second marriage Santiago, Julio, Alejandro and Sylvia With his current wife Grace. Carlos is passionate by politics and hopes that someday Puerto Rico reaches full equality of American citizenship with the fifty states of the Union.
