Essential Journey

There is a divine plan for humankind that we gradually become aware of, and we receive directions and revelations as we live in love, mercy, humility and inner purity, thus raising our vibratory frequency, which enables us to tune into the higher Consciences and to gain access to divine inspirations and awareness. Essential Journey has an immeasurable psychological and spiritual depth, a vital and transcendent route from the human to the divine. Always and above the writers intention is to infect and invite the reader to embark on a dynamic and experiential inner path leading to the dropping of masks, in order to discover our own true identity and to reconnect with our own inner Self; to discover the sacred essence through conscious, intimate, ineffable and magical contact with the Real Self; and from that point to achieve total reconnection. In the process towards self-knowledge, we have to acknowledge who we are, in a full and effective way, totally assuming our whole existence, feeling the gift of life and immense gratefulness for this chance that the heavens give us. It is critical to find again the way back home and to embark on this sure track towards ourselves. Essential Journey is an experiential, living and spiritual route. It transports us, step by step, on an itinerary of the soul, a sure path towards the discovery of the exaltation of our own existence, on to the fullness of love manifested in matter—a love that goes beyond the material laws governing this school planet: the ascension of the soul. It is impossible for human beings to stop the force of ascension, of evolution, inside of them. However, we are always trying to do it, blocking or resisting this drive that wants to birth us, trying to stop these huge forces inside of us, whose aim is to push us to become the maximum we can be. Reaching the maximum we can be is not something we should do so that others will admire or praise us. For this would be another manifestation of ego and would also push away our true Self, who is natural, simple, humble and pure. Reaching the maximum we can become is something we should do just because it is life, incarnated and manifested, united to all that exists, and because we are part of the Divine Plan, flowing with the divine intention, which will lead us to be fully realized souls at some time in our life. The inability to feel the connection with the Self is what leads us to feel alone and separated and makes us believe that the mind is everything. We deify the mind, especially in Western culture, where intellectuality is so important. The more theories we humans have in our minds, the more things we know “intellectually,” the more chances we have of feeling superior and more valuable than the rest. But if we compare a great intellectual sage to somebody who is self-realized or enlightened by his or her Self, we shall perceive the great difference between somebody who knows many things through the mind and somebody who is connected to the Real Self, the source of all wisdom. We are spiritual beings having a physical experience and are oblivious of our origin. We must wake up from this amnesia, from this dream that has displaced our conscience, help others achieve it as well, and also use the physical vehicle of our bodies to help our fellow men and women enter the next stage of awareness. When we know that we are spiritual beings, we can see the body as a temporal vehicle we use on the track to become consciously united with God through the vibration of love. There are doctrines and beliefs that consider the physical body to be an enemy of spiritual life. This is not so. We must overcome the unconscious instincts stemming from our passage through the animal realm and through unconscious human experience. And then, the body becomes God’s true living temple and is sanctified. When we use the body to do beautiful deeds that are positive for humankind, animals and plants, when we do not poison it with food or drinks that alter its harmony and are harmful for our health, when we take good care of the creative energy by remaining in purity, then it is God’s living temple. Therefore, a soul without a physical body does not have a chance for self-realization. That is the reason for the great secret of seeking enlightenment by being present in our body, perceiving God’s Creation, feeling life pulsing in all, from inside, experiencing the presence of God in all that exists. Connection with light is much more powerful than we can even imagine. We need to integrate, know and apply what could be called “divine awareness of light.” That is, being aware of what light is in its essence. To this effect, it is necessary to possess and integrate certain virtues and spiritual merits. Light is at the origins of everything that we know and we are. Through the conscious connection with our Real Self and through the daily practices increases light inside of us, and we can be pure instrument serving and helping the expansion of divine light and awareness in these times, very simply, naturally and in silence, humbly, with innocence, forgetting ourselves, not thinking that it is us who are doing anything, but accepting that we are just pure instruments that God uses to create His will.
