FAST TRACK TO SUCCESS is a program that Karen wrote for Hope University in Liverpool for their EMPLOYABILITY PROGRAM in 2013 and then extended the program to include 52 units based on the ILM Learning format to suit her Work Programs for Executives/Professionals l based on research working with over 200 clients since 2006. This Program is now available as an E-LEARNING program through www.ccoworkcic.com and is based on the USA Stanford University Model. Research was also taken from working with local Employers who she works with in the NW UK to source and place suitable candidates.

Karen Melonie Gould Director of www.ccoworkcic.com is presently the Director NW/NE for the Start Up Loans Government Program through www.rockstaryouth.co.uk Karen is an ILM Fellow who delivers to Level 7 Leadership and Management – CMI – CIPD and has a Masters in Business Administration. CCO WORK CIC is presently delivering a Level 2/5 Leadership and Management Programs in Warrington. Karen has worked Internationally from USA to the Caribbean to Europe and beyond and has also worked in London with the Top FTSE Companies re Employability for Graduates and Leadership and Management/Mentoring Programs for Executives using Training/Mentoring from Price Waterhouse to Kleinwort Benson etc. Karen lives in Chester with her husband who is a local Chef and she enjoys in her spare time, ZUMBA, Dancing and Pilates. Karen sits on the local LEP STRATEGY Boards for Employment, Business Start Ups and Growth. Karen is a local Accelerator Growth Coach. Karen enjoys travelling and exploring new and exciting international cuisine and places of beauty. Walking and water sports are a keen passion of hers. Karen enjoys Fashion and socialising with her friends. Karen has run the Warrington Work and Business Club since 2006 for David Mowat MP for Warrington South on a voluntary basis and has a great Team of Mentors to support her. Karen enjoys life to the full as Business Mentor working with over 100 Young Entrepreneurs, sourcing businesses for Growth to prepare for Growth Funding and is a Business Angel NW. Karen, herself is a true Entrepreneur and ‘talent spotter’ and has indeed, invested herself in new and exciting businesses for the future.
