Mirror, Mirror…On the Wall
The first thing you have to realize is that most of the bullet wounds you have suffered in your life have been self-inflicted…Basically; it’s your fault that your life sucks! Every screw-up I’ve ever made, every bad relationship I’ve ever had, every lousy job I’ve ever endured…was my fault! We’re all self-made…

No matter what problems we face…what cards we’ve been dealt; whether it be emotional, physical, financial…we are still able to do more to make it better than we’re doing right now. Even if it’s just a tiny bit more, the difference can be huge. Are you willing to do more to become more? Overwhelmingly…the answer for most is NO! And that’s the problem. Most aren’t willing to put in the hours or put in the effort to change. You see, the world isn’t made up of “have and have not’s”…It’s made up of “will and will not’s”. So the answer to your question, “Why isn’t my life better” is simple. You’re not willing to do what it takes to make it better.

It’s not that you don’t want your life to be better. Unfortunately “want” has little to do with it. You can desperately want success and the life of your dreams and never get it. “Want” only matters if you’re willing to “do” whatever it takes to get what you want.

Go to the mirror, look yourself in the eye and for the first time in your life…be absolutely, totally, brutally honest with yourself. Repeat after me, “My life is the result of my actions and inactions. No one is to blame for my life except me. From this moment on…I take complete responsibility for my life. I will not make excuses or blame anyone else. I am in charge of my life, my happiness and my success from this moment on!” Before anything in your life changes for the better, you have to take responsibility for your life.
