Whispers of Autumn, Love, and Reflection is a collection of poems that I have written over the past several years. They have been inspired by actual life situations, nature, and the particular way I have of viewing things. For the most part they are serious, but occasionally an attempt at humor finds its way into my work. I would want to read this book in my quiet place, that I might allow it to sift through my imagination and/or remind me of times, people or places that I have encountered.

Across the Hoosier fields I go, making memories come alive again. I can almost hear the wildlife calling me to my home among the wood. About the Author
Buddy Hendricks earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Elementary Education from Indiana University, was an instructor and senior tactical officer at the Indiana Military Academy, and subsequently spent nearly thirty years as an elementary teacher. He is father of two adult daughters, grandfather to seven dogs, and husband to one wife, who shares a home with him in Mitchell, Indiana.
