About the Book
This cute fly is hungry and eats and plays on a little girl’s food without permission. As angry as she is, she never swats him. Eventually, he apologizes and they become friends. There’s a fly in my soup is short rhyming story that teaches tolerance, manners and respect. It depicts these virtues in an age appropriate way by using restraint and forgiveness that eventually lead to friendship.
About the Author
Karin Jill Katz graduated in Michigan State University and earned a BA in Sociology with a minor in Psychology emphasizing on early childhood development. She has had extensive experience with children and has focused her attention on creative writing for them. Her passion is to create short and simple stories that nurture the soul of a child; while teaching them life lessons through entertaining narration. Karin, a mother of three has instilled core values into her children that were taught to her in her own childhood. She was compelled to share them with others.
