‘Harry The Laughing Rat’ is a fun book for kids and grownups alike. Written and illustrated by the artist Al Cazu, it is based on a true story.
“I met Harry forty years ago upstate New York. He showed up uninvited in the house where I was living and invaded my kitchen. There he did come to an unavoidable and unfortunate end but not before we had some laughs.
Memories of Harry throughout my life have often made me smile and I have long intended to write his memoirs. This book contains some elements of Harry’s short but hilarious life.
I would like to dedicate this book not just to Harry but to every rat I have ever known.
