Businesswoman Margaret-Jane Howe in business leadership positions throughout her career, collaborates with global business leaders, and observes organizational development and performance. She worked to realize business goals and build functioning teams. Margaret-Jane believes competent and self-aware leaders are the vital ingredient to success. Good leadership,or lack of it, is the margin between under-performing businesses and potential talent development of all team participants. Leadership styles and competence cause full expression and effectiveness of others vital to realization of team goals.
