Doing “GOOD” is a matter of looking after the part of yourself which matters most, namely your soul. Therefore, a good and a fair society act fairly and virtuously. On the contrary, a good and a fair society acts fairly and virtuously and its citizens are rarely happy. Nothing can harm a fair state. Much has been written about a just society and some progress has been made; but, much still remains to be done. Progress has been slow because the seeds of success and failure are sown in each person. The basic conflict between good and evil spoken of by religion is about the transition from chaos to intelligent order. The evolution of the universe is about natural selection and survival of the fittest. This is a very stressful process! Intelligence is about order, efficiency, security and reducing stress.

About the Book
Since the earthquake in Haiti and Japan that handicapped both countries I was asked to look at their constitutions and revamp them and to make them more humane and sensitive to nature in general. "As I was born a citizen of a free Country, I feel that, however feeble the influence my voice can have on public affairs, the right of voting on them makes it my duty to study them; and I am happy, when I reflect upon governments, to find my inquiries always furnish me with new reasons for loving that of my own country"
About the Author
Jude Jacques has taught at the university level for many years, and he is currently teaching French and ESL (English as a second language) at the prestigious Hempstead High School in Nassau, Long Island. This is his sixth project and hopes to write many more.
